How are shipping costs calculated for oversized structural panels?
Shipping costs are determined by the weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. Due to the size of our structural insulated panels (SIPs), we utilize specialized freight carriers to ensure safe transport to your job site.
What is the typical lead time for custom building kits?
Standard inventory items ship within 3-5 business days. Custom-engineered building systems typically have a lead time of 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and current production schedules.
Do you offer technical support for installation?
Yes, we provide comprehensive installation guides and technical data sheets for all our products. Our engineering support team is also available to assist contractors with specific structural questions during the assembly process.
Can I return unused building materials?
Stock items in original, resaleable condition can be returned within 30 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that custom-cut panels and specially ordered structural components are non-returnable.
Are Structall products energy efficient?
Absolutely. Our building systems are designed with high-performance insulation cores that significantly reduce thermal bridging, leading to lower energy costs and superior climate control compared to traditional framing.
What payment methods do you accept for large-scale orders?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. For professional contractors and repeat builders, we also offer credit applications for net-term billing accounts.
