Returns & Exchanges

At Structall Building Systems, we stand behind the quality of our structural components and building materials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused materials in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send the package via a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our support team; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage and completeness, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 7-10 business days.
